IN-SITU REINFORCED CONCRETE BUILDINGS

Because it is an industrialised construction system, works planning can be determined better, thus achieving greater construction cycle efficiency. On the other hand, because of the large amount of materials involved in the traditional system, the execution times employed in each activity are longer. For example, dividing walls have to be plumbed and aligned in very short periods of time whereas this only has to be done once with formwork. Moreover, there is also a large amount of dead time while transporting materials at the worksite in the traditional system. Our construction system involves a reduction in tasks which means quicker construction. By reducing the number of subcontracts, works organisation and coordination are also reduced. Works administration and planning are more efficient and predictable with more feasible completion dates. .
